Well, we've been painting the new office for over a month now. Seems we'll never get it finished! I tell everyone I'm 9 months into a 24 month pregnancy and I'm delivering a 2 ton elephant! The agent who robbed the office will be going to court on the 8th to enter his plea. Should be interesting to see what happens. Amazing that he walked from jail for only $250 in cash! After he failed to show on a traffic ticket to begin with. Our justice system is really screwed.
I'm still looking for agents. I have one lady going to real estate school. There's a story for you. She calls me for information on real estate and then decides to sell her house and lists it with another agent who was a "family friend". Then when things get difficult she calls me to assist. Ethics require I not get involved. Soooo... another day in the life of real estate!
